Parenting Simply Back to Basics comes with a 14-day money back guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full.

How to request a refund

  1. Send us a message through our contact page within 14 days of your purchase.
  2. Include the name and email address you used to buy the course.
  3. We’ll confirm your refund and process it to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.

Once a refund is processed, your access to the course and its materials ends.

Other purchases

  • The book, Parenting Simply: Preparing Kids for Life, is sold through Amazon. Returns and refunds are handled by Amazon under its own return policy.
  • Continuing education (CEU) courses are sold and delivered by our partners, PDResources and Northern Speech Services. Please contact the provider you purchased from about refunds.
